At GateCity Church, we believe healthy leadership is rooted in humility, transparency, and wise counsel. Our leadership is supported and held accountable by both an internal board, made up of trusted leaders from within our spiritual family, and an external board, comprised of seasoned pastors and ministry leaders who provide oversight, encouragement, and biblical accountability. Together, these boards help ensure that GateCity remains faithful to its mission, aligned with Scripture, and led with integrity.
