A biblical Approach to UNDERSTANDING DREAMS AND VISIONS

 Through offering seminars, workshops, coaching, consulting, and Sunday teachings on understanding dreams from a biblical perspective, I aim to help pastors, leaders, church communities, and individuals find solutions for these common scenarios:

Have you ever wondered what to do with that person in your church community who tells you a dream he had about you but has no idea what it means or how it applies to anything?

Have you ever had dreams of your own that you know are significant, but you really don't know what to make of them?

Do you know how to tell with confidence if a dream is from God or just the result of something you ate?

Do you have a desire to hear more clearly from God in ways that practically affect your life?

My passion is to help you and your spiritual family find the answers to these questions and grow in your ability to hear what God is already saying in your midst through dreams and visions. I would love to hear from you to find out how I might be able to serve you or your spiritual family.

STEVEN UGAN

WHO I AM

After graduating from veterinary school at the University of Georgia, I practiced as a veterinarian for 10 years on the southside of Atlanta. In 2002, the Lord called me to sell my practice and go into full-time ministry. For the past two decades I have been on the leadership team of what is now known as GateCity Church in the metro Atlanta area. Over that period of time, I have served in various ministry roles, including teaching in our internships, school of ministry, and missions school.

In 2019 the Lord shifted my role in a dramatic way from primarily ministering in a teaching capacity to instead ministering prophetically, with an emphasis on interpreting dreams and visions. Since that time I have done extensive studies in the area of biblical dream interpretation and have begun to train others in how to approach the interpretation of dreams and visions in a biblical way. My wife, Pam, and I have six adult children and three grandchildren and live in the metro Atlanta area.

WHAT I OFFER

I know that I am called to help others hear God more clearly, know Him more deeply, and love Him more fully. Unto that I end, I am available to help others learn how to interpret dreams and visions through various means:

  • I have found that a large number of church congregations have never had biblical teaching on the importance of dreams and visions in the life of believers today (Acts 2:17). I am available to come speak at church services so that the broader community can get an understanding of how God still speaks through dreams and visions today, even in their own lives. A church service message is also the ideal way to introduce the congregation to God’s desire to speak through dreams and visions in advance of offering a one day seminar to better equip them to hear God in this manner.

  • An all-day seminar is a great environment for equipping those who want to know how to interpret dreams and visions with a deeper understanding of the biblical approach to interpreting dreams as well as with tools that can help them grow in this area. One day seminars start with biblical teaching and then shift to a hands-on clinic format in which participants are actively interpreting dreams.

  • God desires to speak to both individuals and churches through dreams and visions, but frequently there is a lack of sufficient equipping in how to properly understand and apply what God is saying. Many congregations have people in their midst who dream frequently and have a deep desire to understand their dreams, but who have never been taught how to do so. Weekend (2-3 day) or weeklong (4-5 day) workshops allow participants to receive deeper instruction and ample time actively interpreting dreams, with hands-on coaching and real-time feedback that results in measurable growth in a short period of time.

  • For individuals who have one to several dreams that they would love not only to have interpreted, but also to learn how to arrive at that interpretation, I offer online consultations to walk you through the process of interpreting your own dreams. For individuals or small groups who desire ongoing mentoring, instruction, hands-on training, and real-time feedback related to interpreting dreams and visions, I offer weekly online coaching on a space-available basis.
