WHAT'S HAPPENING:
Here are a few things coming up in our ministry . . .
10/12: VOLUNTEER TRAINING
Our heart is to see one parent from every family with children in our ministry serve in our department in some capacity. Roles range from classroom helper, to I.T./Audio/Visual, to event-planning, to administration/communication. We'd love to chat with you about what your involvement could look like. Start here.
10/31: FALL FUN FEST (OUTREACH EVENT)
We are hosting a fall family event for our community and using our "road" location to reach out. Candy, carnival games, inflatables, food, a gospel presentation, prayer tent, and more! We will need volunteers to take short 45-min shifts helping us serve. Sign up here!

11/15: "BUILDING STRONG FAMILIES" PARENTING SEMINAR
Save the date! We've heard the cry of parents wanting to be equipped and to build community with others in their phase of life. This will be a FREE seminar because we know parents will need to plan childcare. Sessions for both mom and dad, breakout workshops, and real-life stories and applications. "NOW YOU SEE ME": A 4-Week Series in October on the book of Daniel.
SERIES OVERVIEW: Magic tricks and illusions have a way of sparking wonder and curiosity. But long before today’s magicians, Daniel and his friends stood out during the Babylonian exile. They were wiser than the magicians and astrologers of their time because they looked to God for wisdom. Through their brave actions and wise choices, they showed God’s power to everyone around them—no tricks needed! In this 4-week series, kids will learn that God helps us choose wisely, God is ready to rescue us, God’s words show us what to do, and our courage can help others see God

Check out the awesome Tree of Seasons we made last month. Each week of "In Season" series the elementary children wrote on leaves, snowflakes, or flowers some application of the lesson. We are like trees, planted by streams of living water when we root our selves in God's word.
